Founded in 2018 by Andrew Stephan, AMS was built from a lifelong passion for hard work, equipment, and the outdoors. Raised in a farming background throughout his childhood and into adulthood, Andrew developed a strong work ethic at an early age. By just 8 years old, he was already known as the neighborhood kid mowing lawns, driving a lawn tractor down the road with a trailer carrying his weed eater and leaf blower to each job.

As Andrew grew older and earned his driver’s license, that small lawn mowing operation steadily evolved into a full landscaping company. With a deep understanding of equipment gained through years of hands on experience, AMS quickly expanded into landscape construction and excavation services.

Throughout that growth, Andrew remained committed to preserving the company’s small business values by fostering a family first, work second culture centered on respect, opportunity, and teamwork.

Today, AMS offers a wide range of services and capabilities, including excavation and equipment work utilizing bulldozers, excavators, and skid steers; natural stone installation featuring irregular stone patios, walkways, boulder walls, and outcroppings; hardscaping and landscape construction; landscape design and development; and complete landscape maintenance services.
